Frequently Asked Questions

1) WILL PUPPY IN PERIL BE RELEASED ON iOS?
A. No, there are no plans to release for iOS at the moment.

2) WILL PUPPY IN PERIL BE RELEASED ON PC OR STEAM?
A. No, there are no plans to do so at the moment. Puppy In Peril was designed as a Mobile game. However it is something we would enjoy doing.

3) HOW DO I UNLOCK CHARACTERS?
A. Characters can be unlocked by going to the in-game Store’s Character Screen and playing the Random Chance element using in-game coins collected through gameplay.
A. Characters can be purchased by going to the in-game Store’s Character Screen and selecting each Character’s IAP button.
A. 3 Puppy Characters are unlocked in-game from regular gameplay. Just Play This Game! to unlock them.

4) I WON A CHARACTER I ALREADY OWN?
A. That is expected behaviour from the Random Chance element. The game is free and offers IAPs for people who do not wish to wait to collect all characters via the Random Chance element.

5) MY GAME IS CRASHING AT THE BEGINNING?
A. Try Disabling any AdBlockers or whitelisting Puppy In Peril. Puppy In Peril has voluntary Ads in-game and AdBlockers prevent the game from working properly.

6) I AM GETTING A NEW PHONE, CAN I TRANSFER MY PURCHASES?
A. Your IAPs will be automatically restored on Android phones the next time you connect to Google Play Store. Characters you won from the Random Chance will NOT be restored.

7) THE IAPs ARE NOT WORKING?
A. Please make sure you are connected to the internet when you launch the game. If you connected to the internet after launching the game, please quit the game and then relaunch.

8) THE ADS ARE NOT WORKING?
A. Please make sure you are connected to the internet when you launch the game. If you connected to the internet after launching the game, please quit the game and then relaunch.
A. Please ensure you have disabled any AdBlockers or that you have whitelisted Puppy In Peril.
A. If you have already been playing the game and watching ads, then you may have reached a daily Ad maximum set by the Ad networks. Please wait 24 hours before trying to watch another Ad.
